Photocentric has a talented team of young PhD chemists working consistently to develop the latest in photopolymer resins compatible with 355nm laser printers. Our aim is to provide you with the perfect combination of high performance and commercial value. 
We have a research program underway with the intention of developing functional polymers at this wavelength to provide users with not only products that will last for 15 years, but also to provide resins at a cost that will enable their wide spread use.   
We have been working with end-users in Formula 1, automotive, aviation, industrial and medical to meet the specific demands of individual industries. In doing this we have enabled them to speed up end-use parts. We have novel solutions for many applications include prototyping, injection molding and investment casting. 
Our stereo-lithography prototype resins have been proven in industry creating isotropically representative replicas of CAD designs with the desired material properties. In doing this we have enabled companies to speed up the time to market for new designs and make many iterations to achieve highly optimized products.  
Our injection molding resins have enabled rapid testing of industrial plastic injection parts to create molds that create real injection molded parts that can reduce cost and time in the product development cycle. 
Our castable resins for investment casting produce near net shape castings in ferrous and non-ferrous metal and provide a high-quality surface finish compared to other casting techniques.

This is a cationic SLA resin designed for creating high definition, strong objects with ease. It is formulated to produce high quality parts when used with high power laser systems down to 355nm. You will experience the benefits of fast exposure times and a wide exposure latitude, allowing you to hold the finest details your machine can provide. The solid material is tough, durable and long lasting provided it is stored in dry conditions away from UV light. 
PROCESSING
Castable daylight resin is specially formulated to provide high definition molds. It will leave almost no ash when burnt and create gas evenly as the temperature is increased, avoiding any pressure build up within the casting.

355 Hard Black is the perfect option for production of opaque, accurate 3D printed parts that exhibit similar properties to that of production ABS and PBT. The printed parts have a deep black color after post curing. It lends itself well to functional fitted parts as well as styling due to the crisp color.
355 Black Hard is ideal for designers and engineers looking to simulate ABS and PBT in SLA resin. It lends itself well for styling and functional fitted parts where a rugged versatile material is required.

355 Hard White is the perfect option for production of opaque, accurate 3D printed parts that exhibit similar properties to that of production ABS and PBT. The printed parts have a deep white color after post processing and can be painted if needed. 
355 White Hard is ideal for use when parts would usually be machined or injected molded from ABS or PBT. It also lends itself excellently to the automotive industry for use for styling parts as well as functional fitting parts such as light surrounding.

This SLA resin designed for creating high definition castable objects. It is formulated to burn evenly at regularly increasing temperature stages to reduce gas pressure in the cast and provide almost no ash content. It will give minimal shrinkage. You will experience the benefits of fast exposure times and a wide exposure latitude, allowing you to hold the finest details your machine can provide. The solid material is tough, durable and long lasting provided it is stored in dry conditions away from UV light. 
PROCESSING
Follow the procedures laid out by the manufacture of your SLA machine. The laser processing speed will have to be assessed by the user but should be broadly in line with the materials you are currently using. Liquid polymer can be reused, but should be poured through a filter. Follow the same post-processing procedures as your machine.
