ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Product Process:

An impression of the teeth has been taken (From our 3D Development Engineer Hanifeh) and from this, a plaster cast has been made. We have then scanned this cast to create a 3d model which in turn has been printed. In place of the cast, and using an intraoral scanner, the 3d model can be created directly from a patients mouth

Application: Assist in the planning of treatments and is widely acknowledged that surgery is less invasive and more predictable with the use of surgical guides printed in resin.

Resin: Daylight Amber Hard

Printer: Liquid Crystal HR

Print Resolution: 100 Microns

Print Time: 3 hours 28 Minutes
